• Added display for buffs without icons
• More flexible UI settings for buff, skill, and resource bars. In edit mode, freely position each icon buff, no-icon buff bar, skill CD bar, and resource bar. After exiting edit mode, the overlay is click-through to avoid blocking in-game UI clicks
• Buff duration timing references server time, stored as offset local time
